Founder & Developer
Andy founded All Webbed Labs to focus purely on enterprise software and AI, working alongside its sister company All Webbed Up on client engagements. He is hands-on across architecture, code review and every commercial conversation, the person you brief is the person who builds.
Senior Software Engineer
Sam is a senior software engineer on the Labs delivery team. He brings over a decade of backend, cloud infrastructure and enterprise software experience across industries and team sizes, with a bias toward clean architecture and systems that scale. Sam leads the day-to-day engineering with Andy on the harder architecture calls.
Brand & Design
Hyacinth leads brand and design at the Labs. She brings more than a decade of branding experience to client work, covering brand systems, visual identity and the interface design that sits on top of the software we build. Hyacinth partners with engineering from kickoff onward, so what a client sees reflects the same care as the systems underneath.
Servers & IT Installation
Owner of Commercial Electrical Services Sydney. We bring Jared in when a client engagement needs on-site server, rack or network installation work delivered alongside the software.
R&D Tax & Innovation Rebates
Accountant and financial mentor at Crescendo Strategy. We refer clients to Troy when they want to claim the Australian R&D Tax Incentive on a software build we deliver, he comes in early enough to structure the project documentation for an eventual claim.
Commercial & IT Law
Director and Principal Lawyer at Square Legal. Elena handles the commercial side of software engagements, client contracts, IT licensing, privacy and the IP assignment clauses inside our delivery agreements. She came to law from an IT contracts management background.

After more than half a decade running All Webbed Up as a Sydney marketing and development agency, we launched All Webbed Labs independently in mid 2026. Labs exists to focus on a single question: what happens when an agency runs itself on autonomous AI workers instead of selling them by the hour.
AW Labs Pty Ltd is a new entity, but the work is not. Our founder and senior engineers have spent years shipping marketing sites, applications and custom software for real clients under the All Webbed Up name. Labs formalises the AI and enterprise engineering practice under its own company.
The product you see across this site, Overseer, the multi-agent build pipeline, and the internal apps that triage briefs, plan projects and ship code, is the same software we use every day to deliver client work.
